History

The Progress Building in Downtown Kingsport has not always been home to Urban Synergy. Before the renovations in 2006, this building housed many other commercial spaces. Winning the Tennessee Street program award and has helped this building become perceived as a prime location on Broad Street. Built in 1930, this building has overcome the power of time, and has been reinvested to house local businesses for future endeavors.
